By of the Journal Sentinel Developers of a planned $40 million-plus private school on Milwaukee's south side said he now has the land — and likely the council votes — needed to construct a 4-acre athletic complex envisioned as part of the project. Waukesha businessman Gus Ramirez, whose family foundation is bankrolling the proposed St. Augustine Preparatory Academy, said the limited liability company created to develop the school has acquired at 2620 S. 5th St., to be used for the athletic facilities.
