By Associated Press Green Bay — Funeral arrangements have been made for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice N. Patrick Crooks, who died Monday in his chambers at the state Capitol. He was 77. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Matthew Parish in Allouez at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Visitation will be Friday at Newcomer Funeral Home in Green Bay from 3 to 9 p.m. and at the church on Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m. Crooks was a Brown County judge from 1977 to 1996 when he was elected to the Supreme Court.
